how many calories do you burn in insanity workouts?

I worked out for me, given my height, my heart rate and age that it's about 300 - 400 calories per workout, which seems a bit low given the effort I put into it everyday.... does this seem right to others.

I highly recommend that you get an HRM. They are awesome! If you are on a budget (which I was) search Amazon. I got mine last week at Target for $30 (it was $80 originally). They were on clearance. Mine is by Gaiam and its easy to use and easy to program and tells me exactly how many calories I have burned. Its a very useful tool and you wont regret it. But do your research. You get what you pay for most of the time.0
