Hi all, I am 35 soon 36 yo and I have not *that* much to lose - I am (almost) 5'3" and weigh 136.4 this morning, and overall I have been at this weight and stayed +/-2 lbs stable for quite a while, but I feel better in my workouts and overall shape when I'm around 130 lbs. 128 is my goal.
