How does intermittent fasting work?
A lot of people on MFP are doing intermittent fasting. Why? What are hours do you eat? Do you still try to eat your calorie goal? I am currently doing 1200 cal. ( I'm 5ft 160lbs). Is the science behind this that you will eat less calories?

Toppings for sweet potatoes?
I'm going to try meal prepping this week and want to incorporate sweet potato but I don't want to add butter. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

protein without eggs
I need some ideas for quick snacks or smalls meals but I don't like eggs or cheese. I am doing well staying within my goal of 1340 calories a day but I am very carb heavy. I would like to incorporate more protein that doesn't include eggs or cheese. Can anybody give me some ideas?

I just binged all my weekly exercise away. UGH.
I had the most horrible day. I binged on about 3000 or possibly more calories. All my hard work for the week gone. I have anxiety and feel like crap afterward but I do this again and again. Does anyone else have this problem? How do I get out of cycle?

supplements for appetite suppressing?
Are there any supplements out there that anybody has had success with regarding appetite suppression and/or increased energy?

high protein low calorie foods?
I need ideas for high protein lower calorie foods. I eat probably 70-80% carbs and I know its no good. One problem I have is I don't like eggs. Also, I work 12 hour shifts so food has to be prepared a head of time and easy, maybe even crockpot meals? Any ideas would be great.
