not only am i back (again), but im 1.4 stones heavier than when i left...i want to cry. I have to lose at least half a stone before christmas.....hopefully a stone. but i just find the whole food thing sooo hard! help me put guys, its so damn hard

its so hard to stick to this when you have no sleep! i have a 4 month old who so far has only given me 1 nights sleep...and last night wasnt it....he woke as normal for his midnight feed, which hubby took...but then he woke at 2.30, 3.30, 4.30 & 5.30am!!! by which point i couldnt cope anymore and made the hubs take over.…

cant work out amounts - help! im a newbie!
hi everyone, i just tried entering my first food, and i cant seem to work out how to do it properly. It asks you how many serving of 'x' amount of grams....well, i had 1 serving of 40g, but it only gives me the option of 1g or 100g! how can i adjust it??:embarassed:
