When is it NOT worth it??
Gonna vent a bit. I've been logging for 150 days now with about 1-2 free days a week along with the holidays. I've lost an average of 7-8 pounds. Women that are lean, under 14%--how do you do it???
So, I'm a trainer and I know how to work out and eat well but I've never been "ripped" or seen my abs. That is my goal. I'm 42, 5'10" .
