I'm just under 1200 with just over 600 calories left. Its nearly bedtime and don't want to sleep on a heavy stomach
i weighed in today and am now 125.5lb and i think is the right weight for me. 5ft 4 and 38 years old. what do you think? i am now shifting to maintaining my weight.. BMI said i am ok, any advice?

how do you classify zumba? im doing abs workout and the regular one so do abit of both. TIA
