Shapes chocolate yoghurt is a nice fix but nothing like the real thing. Morrisons had Lindt chocolate on sample today I ate 3 pieces. Oops I forgot to log it too :blushing:

Btw I don't do trolling. I was stating what mfp had stated. I must have been mistaken and thought this site for to get help and as a newbie I don't know as much about calories etc unlike those who have been doing it for a while. Opinions are all I needed not get called names so get off your high horse!!
-
By the time you read it I had added more stuff I ate. I have also changed my setting to maintaining my weight so it had given me more calories.
-
Newbie here too. Feel free to add me anyone

No peanut butter isn't junk I'm just not a fan of it. My weakness is coke, chocolate and desserts :faints:
-
The thing is I do eat. When I was on 1200 calories I was just making it. Now I'm on 1550. There's not a point when I'm starving as I eat small amounts. I'm one with losing and now maintaining

I'm going to have peanuts and almonds before I go sleep, your right the calories are more and that brings me to my calories if I hadn't done any exercise and will work out spreading my food and snacks during the dayy
-
I have 2 big meals a day and loads of snacks but my snacks are all low in calories so will have to change those. I am maintaining my body weight and do exercise 4-5 times a week
-
Not a peanut butter fan, would rather just have a hanful of peanuts and almonds. I don't want to end up eating junk to make up the calories
-
Have a habit of using my calories on lunch and dinner, skip breakfast most mornings or have a meal replacement bar
-
I mess around with measurements too. I do dinner plans for the week, everything else I wing through
-
i get so bloated
-
Good morning, enjoy your day too

-
i eat breakfast and then log dinner so i know what i have left to play with, im addicted to mfp unless i go over in calories which is always my fault of course :explode:
-
i will keep jumping on the scales and still logging my food. Thank you everyone for your posts
-
no, im going to stay at the weight im at and just maintain it and keep doing my work outs
-
this site tells me i should be 121lbs http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm 111-146lb. should i keep losing weight?
-
when i first started i didn't like the fact that i was only allowed 1200 calories a day, really what can you eat with that, the motivation came when i added a little walking and zumba and it gave me extra calories to burn eeeeekkkkk i now walk 3 times a day and zumba 2 days. good luck, add me if you need a kick up the bum…
-
thanks everyone. i did initially put down 120 for my weight but i feel happy as i am (minus the gut) mfp gives me 1550 calories and i will still be doing my zumba and walks, i will continue to fill in my diary, i've got so use to eating such less calories i don't think i would even get to 2000 calories with the exercises…
