    Go to 'Settings' up at the very top of the page. It's in between the 'Help' and the 'Logout' button. Then you'll have a bunch of options. Go to the 'Diary Settings' one.

    Scroll to the bottom of that page, and you'll have the options of Private, Public, Friends Only, and Locked With Key. Click on the Public bubble, and then click Save Changes. There you go!

    Advice?

    1. With so little to lose, you should NOT be set at "lose 2 pounds per week", more like HALF a pound. The last few are the hardest and your body will not be happy if it thinks you are starving it.

    2. Aim to REACH your goal every day, staying under can potentially be worse than going over. Especially when set so low to begin with. Better to be over by 100 than under by 100...you already have a 1000 calorie deficit, over by 100 makes it 900 below maintenance, which is better than increasing an already borderline too large deficit!

    3. When eating so few calories, be extra careful to get all the nutrition you need, there is little room for error at that low an intake, any junk food will make it impossible to get adequate nutrition. Better to raise your calories and have a little wiggle room than to risk feeling deprived and possibly falling off the wagon because of it.

    If you give your height and current weight and goal weight, we can work out a better goal for you...

    I noticed in your diary that you usually net around 900, and that is NOT good. You might lose weight that way at first, but it won't keep going like that and eventually you will probably gain it back.
    You are starving your body, and while it is not the most extreme, it's still bad.

    Bodies are kind of greedy. If you starve it and don't give it enough food and nutrients, it'll try to hold on to everything it can, including all the fat. A starving body will burn through muscle before it ever gets to fat, so you're pretty much killing all of your muscles this way!

    I suggest that you up your calories by about 200, but if that is hard for you, do it slowly. Like an extra 50 calories a week until you reach a good amount. I personally have a hard time getting a high enough amount of net calories per day, so you're not alone! I hope everything works well for you.

  • it only gave me an extra 100 calories a day. i also adjusted my exercise to 5 times a week
