Zumba is so much fun I added my own exercise for logging by using this handy link which gives you average calories burned for your height/weight etc!

I usually put it under Aerobic - High Intensity.

I logged it as part low impact aerobic and part high (to add up to the session minutes) That accounts for the parts that are less impact than the others.

^^^^^ This, I love Zumba and found that, that website is pretty accurate for calculating what you burn as long as your honest on your intensity levels.

i did zumba for 30 mins last night and burned 250 calories per my HRM. Although i agree its all about what you put into it and i know i wasnt as into it as others in the class, so i would suggest just getting a HRM.
