Hello! I am looking for an exercise buddy in the Newton Abbot/Torquay area, I like walking and would love to have the confidence to begin jogging/running. I am awfully lazy and am hoping that if I buddy up with someone they will help me be more accountable and won't let me work my way out of doing some exercise! :)

Odd weigh in this morning...
Hello, this is my first post so to introduce myself a bit - I'm 25, 5ft 1, mother of two :D I normally weigh as soon as I get up in the morning (6.30am), however my daughter woke me 30 mins early and the scale said 130lbs and 5/8 (what is 5/8 of a lb anyway?) this is up from 128lb exactly yesterday.
