Is it efficient to work out 7 days a week?
I have no problem working out every day of the week, but is it the most efficient way to do it? Or does the body needs a day to recover? Thx.

Does walking really burn that many calories?
Went out yesterday and i walked all around town for like 3 hours. Came home and when tried to add it to my exercise it came out as 1000 !!!! calories. Is that real? IT just seems a lil bit high of a number... dont get me wrong, i LOVE it hehe..
