Gained this week :(
Well, I just started getting into the whole work-out vibe this week. I went bike riding two days and stayed under my calories, but somehow I still managed to gain 0.2 lbs!! So frustrating!!!! What am I doing wrong!!!

Need advice please
Well, this is my 2nd week on MFP and the 1st week I lost 7 lbs!! Bute this week I gained 0.2 lbs. I did not work out at all the 1st week, but this week I went bike riding two days AND stayed under my calories, but somehow I still managed to gain 0.2 lbs!! So frustrating!!!! Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?…

I cried...that's how bad it hurt
Omg, I haven't worked out in over two years (at least) so I decided to jump right into it...I just went bike riding with my husband and 11 month old son for 25 minutes and I almost died!!! I am sooooo out of shape! I even cried a little and had to walk it home, but hopefully I'm back at it tomorrow!! That is if I can move…

Chicken tasting nasty the next day??
Is it just me or does anyone else's chicken taste nasty the next day?? I made grilled me 4 oz. of chicken last night with one cup white rice for lunch today, I microwaved it and ate a spoonfull and couldn't get it down. The chicken had this nasty taste to it. Ive noticed it before, but I guess it really bothers me now…

Good Morning MFP friends and Happy Friday!!! Today marks day 8 of my diet!!! :) I LOST 7 LBS in 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so Happy and proud of myself!!! Thanks for all the motivation to everyone of my MFP friends for the motivation :)

Going over protien & sodium allowance daily!!
Is it so bad that I keep going over my protien and sodium allowance EVERYDAY, but still manage to stay under my Calorie allowance?? I keep going about 20-30 g over for protien, and about 200-400g sodium daily.

Help!! What to eat @ Mexican taqueria!
I am about to go have lunch with my best friend (who by the way is Prego, and it's the only reason I let her pick the restaurant), but they have no nurtitional info listed on their website!! Any suggestions on what I could eat that would fill me up for lunch?? P.S. Unfortunately I DO NOT like seafood. :( Thanks Guys!!
