Have been working out 5 days a week What are the best muscle groups to work together for each of those 5 days? And, should I incorporate cardio before or after a weight session? My goal is to lose fat and tone up. Thanks!

I apologize if this has already been answered... I am new here. I calculated my BMR and it says to eat 1507 calories a day... without exercise. But then depending on how often I exercise I would get more calories for the day. If I exercised AND stayed at 1507.. would my weight loss speed up or slow down?? I get so confused…
