Calculated my BMR.... confused

I apologize if this has already been answered... I am new here.
I calculated my BMR and it says to eat 1507 calories a day... without exercise.
But then depending on how often I exercise I would get more calories for the day.
If I exercised AND stayed at 1507.. would my weight loss speed up or slow down??
I get so confused when you hear "you're not eating enough!!" But it's more than 1200.. so I think it's enough, but I'm still fat so... I could be wrong?

depends how much weight you are set to lose at 1507 per day, and how much exercise you're talking about.
If at 1507/day you are supposed to be losing .5 pound per week, say, and you are burning 200 calories by going for a walk, you would be okay to go without eating those extra 200 calories back, and your weight loss would speed up with no negative consequences.
If at 1507/day you are supposed to be losing, say, 2 pounds per week, and you are burning 1000 calories exercising, you may have some problems if you try to go without eating those calories back. Your weight loss may speed up temporarily, but it will be hard to sustain - you'll get very fatigued, sore, prone to illness, prone to exercise injuries, burnt out from dieting & hunger, etc.0
