I see bumper stickers on people's cars that refer to various races: 5k 10k 13.1 26.2 70.3 140.6 I haven't found a straight answer on this. If I put one of these on my car, does that mean I'm TRAINING for that event or that I've COMPLETED it? Thanks.
I was up to about 275 pounds at my peak, and I joined MFP around 270. I'm now 240, and I can "safely" climb up my attic ladder rated to 250 pounds carrying my clothes and a tool or two.
