I'm 5'4" and have set my goal at 126lbs, which is right in the middle of my healthy weight range on the NHS BMI Calculator. I'm just at the top of the healthy range at the moment, so it feels achievable, but I know I can always move it downwards if I'm not happy. So, how did you set yours? And is it cast in stone?
