Okay, I have only been actively losing weight since June 1, 2012. I think I've done pretty well. Started walking on the beach around July 1 and then joined the YMCA in October. Does anyone know of a food alternative to Ramon Noodles? My husband and daughter really like them, but at close to 400 calories for one package...I need to find them something similar but better. Thanks,

Feeling really down...
Okay started end of May at 188 pounds. See it go down to 158.6 and now at 160. I can't see what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?
