HIIT running Vs High incline
Hello all, I am wondering what is actually better for you when one is trying to loose fat . Everywhere i read it says HIIT HIIT HIIT but recently a friend of mine who is a trainer told me i am better off doing the highest incline possible at a speed of 2.5 for 40 mins. Apparently HIIT just helps you loose water weight....…

adding cardio
hi okay so lets say right now i consume around 1,200 calories to 1,500 calories a day. I weight 135.5 to be exact and am 5'7.5 . I am wondering if i add a mile or 2 miles for running/ walking will i see an improvement in my weight loss journey? please dont be rude. thank you!

the last 10-15 pounds
okay i seem to be stuck at these last 10-15 pounds im really gunning for 15 more pounds but ill take loosing 10 . anyone have any advice or knowledge as to how long it will take me to loose this ? currently i walk a mile a day (just started this ) and aim to consume >1,200 calories i weigh 138 lbs and am 5'7.5... any…

WAS doing great but now am doing stuck
okay well ill keep no secrets i try to aim for around 700 calories a day.. i recently added in a minimum of a mile fast paced walk .. eventually i hope to turn that into a run and that mile into 3 or 4 umm anyways i had lost 11 pounds but now put back on 3 and i;m hoping to loose 11 more pounds.. any advice ?
