adding cardio

hi okay so lets say right now i consume around 1,200 calories to 1,500 calories a day. I weight 135.5 to be exact and am 5'7.5 . I am wondering if i add a mile or 2 miles for running/ walking will i see an improvement in my weight loss journey? please dont be rude. thank you!

Your already at a healthy weight and below what convention suggests is the ideal weight for your height. Rather than adding more cardio, might I suggest some resistance training. I'm thinking your issue is more body composition...you'll never get "tight" just dieting and doing cardio...you have to do resistance work to get that tight and toned look.0
