hi! i was doing great but then the month off lead to a lot of free time ( i babysit ) and a lot of kids snacks around ! so naturally i gained weight anyways i need a buddy too ! lmk if your interested ! i have my stats on my profile.

hiii yes i have been waiting for a topic like this ! okay my height is 5'7.5 and i consume usually 700 calories a day but i keep getting told thats horrible for you ...... anyways my current weight is 138 ((holidays did me dirty)) and my goal is 125 or 118... its really 118 =) btws im 20 feel free to add me !

im a girl so therefore i prefer pea protein .. i know girls wont bulk up from whey protein because we dont have nearly as much testosterone but i find that pea protein is better for me ! anyways i drink it with about 3/4 of whatever is the lowest percent milk in my fridge some blackberries, cinnamon and half of a banana..…

the only way to loose weight is to burn more calories than you consume ... from what i am learning your body needs a healthy amount of calories to stay okay a day ... if you happen to burn more than the with normal daily activities thats fine ! theres no other way that you will loose weight than burning more calories than…

drinking water is good but i feel like it doesnt work as well as drinking a big cup of green tea (hot) it makes you feel more full OR a cup of hot water with some lemon juice in it (not from concentrate) .. the hot water makes you feel more full personally .. hope this helps!

WHINE .. i love love love love love my alcohol buttt i dont love the excess weight associated with it .. i find that whine ( i prefer white) doesnt affect my weigh so much .. the headache though they suck but oh well you get a headache with all alcohol! .. other friends of mine love vodka with a spark of sparkling water…

im currently 5'7.5 and weighing 143.5 pounds (at least thats what the scale said this morning) my goal is 130 ((Its going to take a **** ton of commitment but i want it )) =)
