ok so i just took my resting heart rate again i took it a few weeks ago and it was about 98-101 today it was about 80-83 is this normal for it to drop? does my new heart rate mean i'm getting healthier? i made sure to do everything the same both times what does this mean for my exercise route? and do i need to work out…
