haven't reached my calorie goal suggestions?

haven't reached my calorie goal for today and i just finished dinner any suggestions? i'm under by quite a bit.

    If you're not hungry, and you have a lot of fat in your macros left - nuts.

    I would not eat just for the sake of eating to meet your calorie goals. It is not going to ruin your diet if you go over your calorie goal once in a while, and the same holds true for being under.
    Have you at least had 1200 calories today? If so, I would say you are fine.

    How about a protein shake if you feel like snacking? (Or smoothie, milkshake, whatever you have available.)
