ok so i just took my resting heart rate again
i took it a few weeks ago and it was about 98-101
today it was about 80-83
is this normal for it to drop?
does my new heart rate mean i'm getting healthier?
i made sure to do everything the same both times
what does this mean for my exercise route?
and do i need to work out harder now?
thank you in advance

It's normal for your resting heartrate to decrease due to exercise. The faster your beats, the harder your heart is working. Your heartrate decreasing is a sign that your heart is getting stronger. Good for you!0
