We are going to do something new today, superman banana and we are going to do 50 of them! 50 for $500, who can double this challenge and earn extra $!!:)

Time to do some squats!! 100 for $500, earn an extra 200 using hand weights while squatting!!:)

The challenge for today is knee thrusts, 50 on each leg for $500. This is a great challenge to rack up the points, double it for double the money!!:)

Challenge for today is front shoulder raises, 50 on each arm for $500! Do them on an exercise ball and earn an additional $200!!:)

The challenge for today is PLANKS!!! Five 1 minute planks for $500 lift one leg for 15 seconds during each plank and earn an additional $100 per plank!!:)

Okay, we are back to arms, the challenge is 100 bicep curls for $500, do this while balancing on an exercise ball and add an additional $200!!:)

Today's challenge is calf raises, 100 for $500 or double the challenge and double your $ or try this with a set of hand weights and add an additional $200:)

Today's challenge is jumping jacks, 100 of them!! Let's try 50 crossover jumping jacks and 50 back and forth!! If you are unable to do, just stick with the standard jumping jacks, 100 for $500 or earn more $ doing an additional 100 or more if you can:)
