MONDAY MAY 16th WEIGH-IN
We are going to weigh in for the first time this month on Monday. Some thought it might be better to weigh-in at the beginning and at the end of the month. Sean and I discussed this and felt it was better to have a weigh in weekly thinking that would keep us on track better and ultimately lose more weight!!

How is everyone doing!
I started the challenge on January 21st and of course my arms have been sore but I have continued to do the push-ups any way. I will definitely benefit from this challenge! 5 down and 95 days to go!
