I'm eating lots of vegetables, fruits, and proteins. I eat more than the recommended fiber every day. I drink water all day long. Why am I soooo hungry?? It's worst at night so I know it's at least partially emotional, but I'm physically hungry and out of calories. I'm so tempted to binge. Suggestions?
I keep starting and stopping MFP either after a few weeks or when I hit a plateau with my weight and get discouraged. I've joined the Y since my last attempt which helps. I need friends to keep me motivated! I never joined the community aspect of it before but my weight is the highest it's been and I need to lose 35-40…
