starting over (again)

I keep starting and stopping MFP either after a few weeks or when I hit a plateau with my weight and get discouraged. I've joined the Y since my last attempt which helps. I need friends to keep me motivated! I never joined the community aspect of it before but my weight is the highest it's been and I need to lose 35-40 pounds to get down to a healthy weight. Any suggestions for sticking with it this time?

    feel free to add me! I'm a first year medical student and keep finding myself starting over too. In fact I'm starting a new workout program Monday (again) and am DETERMINED to stick with it regularly :)
