Treadmill Interval workout
Up until now I've only been walking on the treadmill at 3 speed and now and then a very slow jog at 4 and I do this for about 45min in total. I want to start "interval workouts" heard they burn more fat faster. So far I can only go up to 6 for the sprint and that's at 30-55 seconds. Is that okay for now? I see videos where…
