Whcih workouts do you think are the hardest?
I found, on the whole, the odd numbered workouts were harder than the even numbered ones (except that wheel in 12...wtf is that???).....I thought 7 and 11 were really hard!

What are you doing next?
I am about at the end of JMBR. I am trying to decide between repeating phases 2 and 3 or trying either ChaLEAN Extreme or JNL Fusion. Since I can't do all the moves in phases 2 and 3, I could just repeat those, but I also want to stave off boredom, so I am wondering if I do Fusion for 60 days then back to BR.....

Anyone else having trouble kicking the last 10 pounds?
I am 42. I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution DVDs. I don't stick to her eating plan, because, frankly, I have a full time job and 2 small kids, and I can't cook that much and that variety. Hard on my knees
I love JMBR. I am in week 10. My biggest complaint, though, is my knees often hurt. All that jumping and squatting...ouch. Anyone have any tips for knee pain?

Body Revolution
Anyone else doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I am slmost finished. I think I am going to repeat phases 2 and 3, but I am also considering ChaLEAN extreme. I don't think I can do insanity, and I don't have the kind of time P90X requires.

Hi. I am Laura. I am new here. I am in the last phase of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I love the program, but I will still have about 10 pounds to lose when I complete it. I plan to repeat phases 2 and 3. I am also thinking about doing ChaLEAN Extreme. Has anyone done that?
