I am about to finish JMBR. I was thinking of either doing JNL Fusion or ChaLEAN extreme. How heavy of weights do you need for ChaLEAN? I have about 8-10 more pounds I'd like to shed. I'm down almost 17 since starting JMBR, which is good enough for me. Did you lose weight with ChaLEAN? Has anyone tried JNL Fusion?

I will recommend JMBR, though, for its short duration (about 35 minutes) and good results. It is good for the busy, single mom! I can't do much more than 30 minutes a day!

I am a single mom of a 9 year old and a 4 year old. I also work full time (what single mom doesn't, I guess). My ex has standard visitation, and he is good about helping, but I do get overwhelmed sometimes. It's hard to fit exercise in. Tom Cruise is going to play Reacher. The movie is due out in December. I think it's based on One Shot (I have read them all...can never remember titles or which is which). Who ever thought Tom Cruise even remotely resembles Reacher>?

Make sure you eat enough, so your milk supply doesn't decrease. Phases 2 and 3 are pretty intense. I always found it hard to lose weight while nursing, but I didn't have JMBR when I was breastfeeding. How old is your baby?

I have 2 more workouts lest in week 10 (workout 10 and cardio). Then I move to WOs 11 and 12. There are a lot of moves I can't do, plus I am not finished losing weight, so I plan to repeat phases 2 and 3. I love JMBR. I am so much stronger than when I started.

I think 7 is really hard. I am on 9 and 10 now. I felt phase 3 was only a little harder than phase 2. 7 is where it really gets hard! I haven't done 11 or 12 yet, but 9 and 10 aren't much worse than 7 and 8. :-)

So you would rather you or yuor kid get polio? Or are you relying on the fact that I vaccinate MY children to protect your own?

I think if you work in a hospital, around children, or around the elderly, or any at risk population, it should be mandatory.

I did the 30 Day Shred. It's a great program! Jillian is my favorite trainer. I am doing Body Revolution right now. I plan to repeat the last 2 phases.
