4 Month Progress
My body is still not where I want it to be, but I figured I would post my progress this far. I plan on trying to lose another 40-45 lbs and then put on muscle. Anyone have an idea on when a good lean look will appear (Abs, ect...)? Other suggestions advice? Thanks! Started at 274 on the left. 235ish on the right.

Heart Rate Monitors
I've been considering purchasing a heart rate monitor to wear throughout the day and mainly during workouts. I was hoping someone could reccomend a certain brand. I'm looking at the MIO Active's simply because they link to myfitnesspal.... Does this monitor provide accurate calorie info ect? Thanks for the help.

Not gaining much muscle
I've been going to a gym 2-4 times a week since may. When I played football during highschool I was much stronger than what I am now. I haven't really seen any max go up since i've started lifting again. Shouldn't muscle memory have already started to come back? I am about 40 lbs lighter now from when I played football and…
