I rarely drink anything but herbal tea and water, but with the beginnings of fall upon us, I find myself in the constant mood for a hot, delicious drink. Does anyone have any lite (and, dare I say it, healthy) drinks to share? Not wanting to drink my calories this autumn, but still hoping to enjoy fall in a cup!

I'm trying to find foods that are filling and healthy for breakfast, and over and over again I come across oatmeal. However, as plain oatmeal goes, I am not a fan.
