How can I log crossfit WOD in strength or Cardo section?
Hi There! Anyone have an idea of how I can log my Crossfit WOD in either the strength or cardio parts of this app? I've been looking around but not really sure how to go about it. Some days are strength based and some days are endurance based. Any ideas would be great! Thanks for your time.

Not showing any Calorie burn for Strength training?
Hi There! I'm wondering how to account for Calories when doing strength training? If I work out for 45 mins doing strength work I don't know how to log it so I can see the calories burned? Any help would be most appreciated:smile:
