Just decided to start using mfp again because I finally figured out how to adjust the macro ratios. I've sort of stalled out for a while because I haven't been eating properly so I'm going to cut calories quiet a bit, down to like 1800/day excluding post workout shakes, so maybe 2300 on workout days and 1800 on other days.…
