Just decided to start using mfp again because I finally figured out how to adjust the macro ratios.
I've sort of stalled out for a while because I haven't been eating properly so I'm going to cut calories quiet a bit, down to like 1800/day excluding post workout shakes, so maybe 2300 on workout days and 1800 on other days.
The goal is to have visible abs. I'm currently at 5'7''@ 225#s, I'm thinking I'll be there at around 200-210#s.
I've been at it around a year. I lift weights but don't do any cardio. I usually lift 2-4x/week.
I am most successful at following my diet plan when i eat mostly the same thing every day. Going forward I'll be on whey, oats, chicken, hummus, sugar, peanut butter, and vitamins. I use lots of different spices/herbs and sometimes balsamic vinegar for flavor.
