I have completed week three. As the weeks go by I am getting stronger. I'm really enjoying the workout and clean eating.

Phase 1 Week 4
Week for is complete.. I started Phase 2 today and I guess it has been too long since I did cardio because O-M-G the first 10 minutes was a little much on the elliptical was rough. After that first 10 minutes I was able to get through it and finish.. I'm excited to get through phase 1. My clothes are loose and lost 1 lb…

Today mark the beginning of week 2 in phase 1. I completed my workout this morning The was some difficulty but I was able to push through.
