Ideal weight???
I'm asking a lot I know, but what would my ideal weight be d'you guys think? Wii Exercise Games???
Hi there. I have Wii Fit and Wii Fit +, but the workouts leave a little to be desired to be honest. I know there are a few "games" for the Wii based on workouts, but which are the best ones? Can you recommend any? Cheers! :happy: P.S. I'm looking for something that'll really bring the sweat on!

Rest Days or Everyday???
Hi there. Was just wondering.... Is it better to have rest days inbetween workouts, or is doing something everyday the best option? I have over 150lbs to lose, so am happy to take things slow and steady, definately don't want saggy skin syndrome! But on the other hand, don't want weight loss to stall. So, what do you guys…

The Best Fat Busting Exercise???
Hi there! I've been with MFP for a while now, and find that it really helps me stay motivated. However, I was wondering what people's opinions were on what's the best (most efficient) exercise to do the reduce actual body fat?
