i eat 1700 calories say i burn 500 calories with exercise and that takes me to 1200 is that enough to lose weight or do i have to eat my calories back up to 1700

i did 7.0 on my cross trainer yesterday in 30 and it said i only burned 110 calories today i did some core exercises today and am going to do another 30 minute on my cross trainer, my diets kinda always the same foods and ive been stuck for a while i have upped my exercise lately should i up my calorie intake to 1700
