help with diet

I started my diet on 1200 and lost over two stone i put my calories up to 1500 and started exercising about 4 times a week for half a hour but ive stayed the same weight for about a month got about 20 pounds left to lose should i go back down to 1200 calories to lose the weight

    Surprised nobody responded to this! You stated in another post you noticed a difference in size! THAT IS A PLUS!!! STOP FOCUSING ON THE SCALE! :)

    It is hard to help someone with their diet if their food diary is closed. Not sounding mean, but possibly the reason for hiding it is why you are not finding the loss you are looking for. I know this because in the beginning, that was my issue also. :) Also remember the closer you get to your goal weight the slower it comes off. I highly suggest tracking your measurements, you may still be losing, but just redistributing as muscle. :) Best of luck on your journey!!!
