putting calories up

Im currently on 1500 calories and been stuck at my weight for a while so want to up my calories and exercise more so i lose weight but i struggle enough to get to 1500 any ideas

    Well, your diary is closed so there's no way to give very specific advice. Here's the general advice: add more calorie dense foods to your diet. Nuts, nut butters, full fat dairy, Greek yogurt, cheese, avocado, olive oil, smoothies and protein shakes, etc. It's pretty easy to add a few hundred calories per meal without adding much extra food.
