Maintaing exercise while on holidays
I'll be going on holiday for two weeks. Once there we would be driving around, hiking lot of eating out and staying in hotels. I have no idea if I'll be able to get wifi to follow my individual at home work out plans so what are somethings that I can do to stay on track while on holiday? Better yet what are some things…

Calories burned...
I don't 100% agree with the given calories burned after my workout as given on this site. With each person being at a different weight and doing it at different levels should I look at those stated calories burned as a general given and then adjust it to what I think is right? I don't have a HRM or anything like the fitbit…
