Maintaing exercise while on holidays

I'll be going on holiday for two weeks. Once there we would be driving around, hiking lot of eating out and staying in hotels. I have no idea if I'll be able to get wifi to follow my individual at home work out plans so what are somethings that I can do to stay on track while on holiday? Better yet what are some things that you do when holiday to be sure you're still staying fit and on plan?
