Not doing so good
I am doing terrible! I lose a few pounds during the week and then every weekend I blow it big time! Then Monday comes and I won't even get on the scale. Pretty sure I've gained back anything I did lose and then some. Can't seem to gain any control.

Can anyone tell me how to enter push-ups on this thing?! It asks for weight per rep and I have no idea what to put. My weight? OR zero because I'm not adding weight?

Entering Push-Ups
I am doing some strength training now and tried to add it to my exercise. However, when I want to enter push-ups it asks for weight per rep. What am I supposed to enter? Would this be my body weight since that is what I am pushing or would it be 0 since I am not adding weight?

Hi. I joined MFP a few weeks ago and I am having a hard time staying on track. I am in my 40's and I would like to lose 40 pounds at least. That would put me at the mid-range healthy weight for my height and age. I would love to connect with people that have similar goals.
