You can certainly add me. However, I have to tell you, I'm not doing that great. In fact I suck at this weight loss thing. Maybe you will motivate me! :)

With a few exceptions I could have written this post! I am in EXACTLY the same situation. I have been on MFP for quite a while and I have still gotten no where. It is my fault completely and I know that but I just can't seem to stay on track. Evenings and weekends are the worst for me. I am the same age as you and I have…

I've tried this but not with great results. I need to just find a way to stay strong on the week-end. I just don't know what that way is.

It IS finally warming up! And getting outside would certainly help if I could find the will power to leave the cheese and wine inside. Lol!

Welcome back! I have stopped and started so many times I can't count them. However, this time is it! I am determined! One of the things I find hardest to cut back on is the booze. I don't drink a lot but I do love my wine. I have decided to give up vegetables instead. lol!

Feel free to add me! I find my weakness is the weekend. I do not too bad during the week and then blow it all on the weekend. I am finding that having some support on here and knowing that others are going to see what I am eating and how I am doing has been helping me stay on track a little more than I was before. I think…

I see lots of people posting about sugary foods and other particular things that they crave or can't pass up. For me it is all food that tastes good. I eat too much of anything that I like the taste of and can't seem to stop when I'm satisfied. I need to be full.

This seems to be a thread where I belong. I am 44 (soon to be 45) and my belly is my worst problem. Admittedly I have to lose weight all over but my belly is where I need to lose the most. It makes me feel a little better about my journey knowing there are others that have the same problem. Not sure I can give up wine…

Welcome and good luck! It's a tough journey but we are all on it. Some just have further to go than others. I am happy to give my support and encouragement and ask you to do the same for me.

Oh yeah! That's exactly how I feel. I lost 35 lbs about 6 years ago and have gained back 20 in the last year and a half. I've only been on MFP for a couple of weeks but I went from 190 to 186.5 back to 189 and now at 187.5. I find it extremely hard to keep my eating in check. All you can do is wake up each day and try…

Ah, yes! Holidays! They will be the ruin of me. Every time I get myself on track and I'm doing well some kind of holiday comes up. Last week-end it was Edmonton and this week-end it's camping. I had lost 4lbs and gained it all back in 4 days :( Going to try to keep up with the healthy eating this week-end so I don't come…

I am just starting my journey as well. I too would find it a help to have support and to be accountable to someone. I am really not sure how this all works but count me in!
