I'm 65 this year and as the years go by, taking excercise becomes more difficult.
Having been very successful in losing a stone last year, I then stopped using MFP and sure enough, the pounds piled on and I'm at the same weight but a year older.
Now, it's back on track, I've joined a leisure centre and have cut down on the booze. After all with only 1760 calories/day, it doesn't leave much room.
Just like to say that if you can invite others to join you, it's much more motivational.

Welcome back! I have stopped and started so many times I can't count them. However, this time is it! I am determined! One of the things I find hardest to cut back on is the booze. I don't drink a lot but I do love my wine. I have decided to give up vegetables instead. lol!0
