Why do some people lose weight faster, and others slower?
Anyone know the answer? I am losing weight VERY slowly... :\ I'm totally bummed by it, and see others shedding their access weight.

Not losing weight??
Can anyone give some support? Been counting ALL calories, been upping protein and fiber. Exercising 3x/week. Lost 5 pounds before starting exercise, stuck at 5 pound loss for 3 weeks now.... 1200 calories/day (I'm only 5'0"). Drink plenty of water. No soda, sodium stays below 2500 everyday. Any tips? Calories per day
I keep seeing a lot of people posting about how 1200 calories/day is too little and you need to eat more to lose weight. I am only 5'0", and 1200/day keeps me satisfied, unless I workout, sometimes I then go over. Am I doing something wrong at 1200/day? Even though I'm only 5' and feel fine at 1200?? THANKS!

Losing weight, NEED to lose inches!!!
Anyone have tips on losing inches while losing weight? Do they typically go hand in hand? I'm much bigger in my midsection, and really want to lose in my waist (and upper arms). Anyone know if I should be doing certain excercises?

Need exercise ideas with a sore ankle
On Christmas morning I twisted by ankle pretty badly. It still hurts, and I'm taking breaks from walking on it just about every 2 hours. I can't imagine jogging at this point with my ankle hurting the way it does. I really need to do some exercises, but I'm not sure what to do with a sore ankle. Any ideas?
