Can't help but to feel like I won't lose?
I can't stop feeling like I won't lose unless I exercise 5 - 6 days a week. Another TDEE question
Alright, say my TDEE is 2050, so at a 20% cut I should be eating 1640 calories a day. That's around 400 less than my TDEE. If I burn like, 300 calories with exercise, that puts my calories at 700 less than TDEE. That's creating a rather large deficit for someone who only has about 20 pounds to lose. My TDEE is 2050 calories.....
Since my TDEE is 2050 calories and I'm making a 20% cut, that puts my calories at 1640. That's how much I'm going to try to eat per day, but MFP suggests I eat only 1500 after I log my exercise. Do I still eat the 1640? And, do I eat 1640 on days I don't workout, or do I just eat like 1200 - 1400?

Is it bad that my net calories are under 1200?
So MFP has me eating about 1390 calories as my default deficit. When I add my exercise, it's about 1600 - 1700 calories. I eat roughly 1500 - 1700, just depending on the day and my workout is this: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I do weight lifting for 30 minutes.
