SUPERBOWL
I am going to a superbowl party next weekend and I know I'm going to be eating (and drinking) things I shouldn't be. Do I just suck it up and let it be a cheat day or do I bring my little baggy of carrots and hope temptation doesn't get the best of me? Any suggestions? What's other people doing?

Too Much Protein?????
Is there such a thing as eating too much protein .... as long as you are still within your calories? I'm only alloted 53, but I am always way over that. Would this prevent weight loss?

Okay, I know this is a little weird, but does anyone else find themselves burping a lot after (during) a workout? Doesn't matter if I eat or don't eat before I hit the gym, but I find myself burping more during exercise.

SOOOO Tired
I am sooo tired lately. Maybe it's the weather change. Maybe it's just my mood. Maybe it's life's stresses. IDK, but I can't even keep my eyes open and people are telling me I look tired. I sleep around 6-7 hours a night. I need a food boost. Any suggestions?

Breakfast Suggestions
Anyone have some good ideas for breakfast? Mine are getting boring. Sometimes it's Greek yogurt and fruit and other times it's whole wheat toast with peanut butter, but I need more variety.
