Hi all, I have been on a programme for about 10 weeks now and am currently stuck at 84 Kilograms?! I have been sticking within my range and exercising also but can't seem to crack it, I have lost 5 kilos within the 10 weeks but the last 2-3 weeks nothing has come off? Any ideas?
