Hi all,

I have been on a programme for about 10 weeks now and am currently stuck at 84 Kilograms?!

I have been sticking within my range and exercising also but can't seem to crack it, I have lost 5 kilos within the 10 weeks but the last 2-3 weeks nothing has come off?

Any ideas?

Are you going over on sodium? Are you going to new levels when you workout and are you switching it up? If you are eating the same number of calories everyday you might want to try zig zagging and fooling your body. When I get stuck it usually tells me to change my workout routine. Hope this helps. Sometimes just sticking to it will eventually break it too

Hey there it's hard to judge as we cannot see your diary  but these threads may help you out :drinker:

Try to confuse your body. Manipulate your calorie count with zig zagging to get it moving again. If you work out in the morning switch to the evenings. Switch up your routine with different types of exercises. What types of foods are you consuming? You may need to make some adjustments there if they are high calories carbs, added sugars and bad fats.
  • Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I generally don't have a set time for exercising or eating as it can be anytime in the day.

I generally either swim (30 minutes), cross train (35-40 minutes) or cycle (25 minutes) (can't do treadmill cos of a knee injury).

Generally always cross training and swimming or cycling on either side, switching up slightly.

I generally stay within my sodium level also.

I feel I am losing weight and I think it is starting to show however the weight still remains the same?! (I have had this weight for a long time so maybe more stubborn).

I will try and make my diary public.

If you don't have access to a scale that can measure body fat %, break out the measuring tape and see what is happening with you other than weight. You could be losing inches while not losing weight.
  • Well still stuck at 84.3 despite going to gym 3-4 times a week, drinking water and intaking 1300-1500 cals a day (with the rest bar protein within the limits).

I have started doing interval training not strengthening the core using dumbells and the exercise ball and going to the gym 6 days a week having 30gr of whey protein straight after not to get injured.

I do alternate days at the gym, calorie burning with legs cardio then interval training with weights the day after.

Totally wierd (I feel I have lost weight on my face alot and around the diaphragm area (its got abit flat and feels muscular) BUT STILL

    I am stuck at 84ish
